SMS Messaging Service 

By providing my phone number, I consent to receive SMS text messages from Sudbury Eye Care for appointment reminders, specific marketing messages, text payments and general two-way communication. Message and Data Rates may apply.

Message Frequency

You will get more than one text or email message from us about your services, unless you opt-out. Text and email messaging frequency varies by service/ recall/ family repeat of phone numbers or email addresses. Sudbury Eye Care reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages at any time to increase or decrease the total number of messages. Sudbury Eye Care and carriers are not liable for delays or undelivered messages.

Cancellation/Opt-Out Instructions 

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After you opt out of text messaging or email, you will receive one additional message confirming your request has been processed. Please be aware the office uses email and texting to communicate with our patients about orders and appointment reminders.
